Every homeowner should own a drill. It’s the one tool I believe everyone could use at least once in a house.

What is the most underrated tool in your toolbox?

The most underrated tool would have to be a tape measure. I’m not sure I could effectively complete a job without one.

What is best home purchase for under $100?

My best home purchase for under $100 would have to be my electric box cutter because I am constantly breaking down packages.

What’s one outdoor tip for big impact in landscaping or curb appeal?

Sometimes less is more. A clean, sleek look can take you a long way. 

Several projects you should NOT do yourself include major renovations like kitchen and bathroom remodels and outdoor excavations. Ashley calls in experts when projects are beyond her know-how.
